Newsletter Subscriptions: We use ConstantContact as our marketing automation platform. When subscribing to receive our newsletter, you acknowledge that the information you provide will be transferred to ConstantContact for processing in accordance with their Privacy Policy.

Where we use a third-party supplier, such as ConstantContact, your personal information remains under our control and we endeavour to take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your personal information is treated securely and in accordance with this policy.

MPC School Registration Applications: When applying to attend an MPC School, we will collect and process additional categories of personal data, such as:

  • your name, sex and date of birth;
  • your postal address;
  • your phone and email address;
  • dietary requirements;
  • your religion (including place of worship);
  • your physical and mental health history
  • medications you are currently using and the condition for which they are prescribed
  • name and contact information of your references

All such information is obtained directly from the registration forms that you have filled in. Ministries of Pastoral Care will use the information you provide to process your registration to attend an MPC School.

We do not share, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information for any purpose.  Your personal information is contained on secure networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

If, as a result of processing your MPC school registration, we believe in good faith that you are at risk of harming yourself or others, we will fulfill our legal and ethical duties and disclose such information, if necessary, to law enforcement, family members or any other person who may reasonably be able to prevent or lessen the risk of harm to you and others.

Our website and products and services are not directed to persons under 18.  We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.  If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with personal information without such parent or guardian’s consent, he or she should contact us.  If we become aware that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will delete such information from our records.
